Your physical defenses, endurance, and toughness
Constitution is used in Skill checks for enduring hardships. It is also used to calculate your maximum Health. Every time your constitution increases by 1, your health increase when leveling up also increases by 1. Retroactively applied, this means your Max Health increases by the same amount as your current level.
