Bend a large body of water (at least 20 cubic meters) into a forceful wave from the source to any direction. Each creature caught in this area must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 4d8 Bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and remains standing.
The water spreads out across the ground in all directions after the crash, extinguishing unprotected flames in its area and within 10m of it, before dispersing, leaving a wet floor.
